Hi Mario,
Have you tried to enable the 'Intel Smart Sound' in BIOS setup?
Before Ubuntu boots, press the 'Esc' key, then go to 'BIOS setup' -> 'Advanced' -> 'Built-In Options' -> ' Intel Smart Sound'.
Exit and save changes.
