The buffer alignment bug is fixed. As for the IOMMU bug, I don't know. I still have a workaround on my kernel command line and I am too lazy to check whether it is still needed. However, the IOMMU bug, even if it still exists, is so easily workaroundable that you should not consider it as an argument against this board.
