[Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32-bit] Lenovo G570 laptop's (Intel Pentium B950) integrated microphone not working in Skype [4334, Conexant CX20590, Mic, Internal]

Hi,

I will like to report that Lenovo G570 laptop's integrated microphone does not work at all in Skype.
The computer is a Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32-bit/Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit dual boot system.
In Windows 7's Skype, the integrated microphone works perfectly.

- Lenovo G570 laptop
- Intel Pentium B950

(Note: Some Lenovo models share the G470/G570 name but is based on AMD C/E-Series processor. The one I have is an Intel platform version.)

I have applied all updates issued as of 9/30/2012 via Update Manager, but none of the updates have fixed the microphone problem on Skype.
Please fix this bug as soon as possible because this is the only major problem I see with Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32-bit and Lenovo G570 laptop.
