Thanks ... good idea ... it works for my Lenovo x201t i7 ... its unbelievable ... i have music on my thikpad ... happy.
Test: 1h on 50% volume and the sound is still on :o) ... happy

I found 2 passiv cooler from my raspberry-projekts like this:

and put the cooler on the 2 chips on my 3 in 1 sound-card like this:
