Bug Description
Binary package hint: alltray
I start my GNOME session with thunderbird minimized to the tray.
The command I use is 'alltray -na -stask thunderbird'
Whenever I click the thunderbird icon in the tray, it snaps into view.
If I click in the tray again (or close the window) it hides itself back in the tray.
But, after some time using it, thunderbird (or any other program) will NOT
snap into view again when I click the tray icon. It does not show up.
The only option I have is closing the program and starting it again.
This happens with the latest version in Ubuntu Gutsy.
Compiz is activated.

Same problem here (but I'm not using -stask). Seems to be that the window receives focus but stays minimized, and due to the fact that you are using -stask (i.e. --skip-taskbar), you can't see the focussed- yet-minimized window on the taskbar.
