Bug Description
Binary package hint: alacarte
When I'm moving (actually copying, referring to bug #116503) Items in alacarte from one folder to another, the focus changes to the destination folder. I feel that it should remain focused on the source folder so I don't have to keep navigating back when moving a lot of items. If you think about it, 100% of all move behavior on any operating system works this way by default; it doesn't open up the target folder you just dropped onto. I don't see any reason why alacarte should be any different.

Great Idea! I would kick this bug up a notch and allow the user to ctrl-click or shift-click multiple items and bulk-move them (or for that matter allow the user to turn them off in one click when multiple items are selected). That way you don't have to "keep navigating back when moving a lot of items" as you say.
