Only carry out "Restore System Configuration" after a confirmation click

I propose to adapt the behaviour of Alacarte in such a way that after clicking on "Restore System Configuration", the reset is only executed when the user confirms with another click that he/she wants to perform the reset. In the current implementation, hours, days or weeks of work can be destroyed if the "Restore System Configuration" button is clicked by mistake.

The workaround here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alacarte/+bug/1316294 suggested can help mitigate the problem by disabling the "Restore System Configuration" button in the programme code. However, this workaround can only be used by users who are somewhat technically experienced.
