I've checked if the update process was the problem : I've purged Adobe Reader package and checked that there was no "/opt/Adobe" directory. When I install directly from the ".deb" package I still get the same problem :
$ sudo dpkg -i adobereader-deu_9.3.1-2_amd64.deb
Selecting previously deselected package adobereader-deu.
(Reading database ... 193234 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking adobereader-deu (from adobereader-deu_9.3.1-2_amd64.deb) ...
Setting up adobereader-deu (9.3.1-2) ...
dpkg: error processing adobereader-deu (--install):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10
Processing triggers for desktop-file-utils ...
Processing triggers for man-db ...
Errors were encountered while processing: adobereader-deu
(increasing dpkg debug level to 1000 does not add any useful information)
