I just upgrades to Jaunty beta and suspend key stopped working in Thinkpad T400.
I created a file in /etc/acpi/events with the contents of pavolzetor's "/etc/acpi/events" file. That made my suspend key work again.
There's still something weird. Suspension works differently depending on the method used:
- FN+F4. Screen goes black smoothly, then it suspends. When it wakes up I have to enter my password. Just the same as in Jaunty.
- Gnome icon. Screen goes black suddenly and it suspends much faster. When it wakes up it doesn't ask for a password.
I'm satisfies with the Jaunty speed, but I'm a bit puzzled at the differences.
