I got this DiskCheckup tool for Windows , which reads SMART data from
the Hard Disk.After a while , I was quite surprised to find the Parking
rate to be at about 2-3 per minute.I don't think Windows does anything
to aleter the settings either - or maybe , the controls are all messed up ?
