Comment 204 for bug 59695

This is a pretty major issue, mainly Hitachi drives, I have checked about ten ubuntu laptops in the last week, three that had hitachi are over the half million load unloads, the youngest of these was 6months old. I think this should be rolled into an update and pushed out to all supported versions.
