I would like to notice that my laptop does have a Power_Cycle_Count near to 1 per minute on Linux, but also on Windows, I don't see any difference..

And I have a desktop computer which seems to have a Power_Cycle_Count smaller than 1 per hour.

I don't know if this problem really affects some computers which suffer from bad detection, but it's not my case.
