Please sync ipset 6.11-2 (universe) from Debian sid (main)
Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
1) an obsolete and useless version (2.5) of ipset was included up to oneiric and the package was removed in precise;
2) this updated version reintroduce it and should fix most of ubuntu bugs: https:/
3) I backported to precise, build log is here: https:/
4) install log is attached;
