ipset userspace tools version mismatched to kernel modules

Bug Description

Binary package hint: ipset

ipset -H ipmap generates

ipset v4.1: Kernel ip_set module is of protocol version 2.I'm of protocol version 4.
Please upgrade your kernel and/or ipset(8) utillity.

This indicates that the kernel modules installed apt-get install ipset ipset_source
apt-cache search ipset
apt-cache search ipset | less
apt-get install ipset-source
m-a prepare
m-a build ipset
m-a install ipset

are a mismatch.

Currently, oneiric ships with ipset modules, but the userspace tools are missing!

I was able to use the ipset modules shipped with oneiric's 3.0.0 kernel by rebuilding http://ipset.netfilter.org/ipset-6.11.tar.bz2
