A reply from the developer of dcsharp:
"No, dcsharp is no longer active. I could however make a new release with the patches applied, if that would make it easier for you."

I will set this as "Incomplete" and archive the revu package.
Please don't change the status unless you find someone interested to continue developing dcsharp upstream: http://code.google.com/p/dcsharp/
