Bug Description
I'm using linux-mint 12 (lisa) x64 on lenovo G460. When I create a adhoc wifi hotspot for the devices (wifi phones) it doesn't show up. And the OS keeps prompting for password (WEP) every ~10 seconds without connecting etc..
Btw is this bug (allegedly) related to this one https:/
OR this one

I also got the same problem in Ubuntu 11.10 and Ubuntu 12.04 beta 2. This problem doesn't exist in Ubuntu 11.04 with the propietary driver; in the versions Ubuntu 11.1o and 12.04b2 the driver not works and the ligth of the device is not recognised. I also tried in Linux Mint Lisa and the problem persists. Is really frustrating, because i'm still using 11.04 and can't upgrade my system with this bug.
