Ran apt-get update and apt-get upgrade today at approx. 0711 PDT. Now I am unable to login to the desktop. I get to the select user screen, select Gnome as session, enter password. After approx 15 seconds a rectangle message box pops up with the message. User defined selection when selected at login screen produces the same results.
"Could not update ICEauthority file /home/mista/.ICEauthority"
The only option from this message window is to click on "Logout", which returns you to the login screen. I am running Ubuntu Oneiric Beta 1. |
