Matt, please respect the way in which I handle the bugs. LATER means that it
will be fixed LATER.
The status is not documented in bugzilla, but my understanding is that they will
be reopen after warty release
and clearly targeted for the next one if possible. Nobody ensures us that we
will have a tool to fix this problem
for hoary, since it involves a default protocol change.
