can you please install this package:

Then install the latest mainline kernel clicking on these three links:

2- http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.0-rc5-oneiric/linux-headers-3.0.0-0300rc5-generic_3.0.0-0300rc5.201106281216_amd64.deb

3- http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.0-rc5-oneiric/linux-image-3.0.0-0300rc5-generic_3.0.0-0300rc5.201106281216_amd64.deb

Try to reproduce the bug and refere if it is fixed
