Though Bug Buddy appears to be removed from the default Ubuntu menus, it is still integrated into Evolution, and maybe others.

For instance:

Evolution: Launch Evolution, click Help -> Submit a Bug Report; Hello Bug Buddy (and it looks to deliver to Gnome Bugzilla, because the recent bugs filed pulls from same)
