I have bug creation and retrieval working over xmlrpc on our test bugzilla
database. I'm just uploaded a libsoup with fernando's xmlrpc patch. I'm gluing
xmlrpc stuff into bug-buddy in a way that's hopefully suitable for upstream, and
Sivan said that he'd take a look at reportbug.
It's going slower than I'd like, but this one is getting done.
