Thanks a lot for spending your valuable time in assiting me out of this trouble.

I must say I am half way out after following the instructions that you have provided below

That is the MIC has started work perfectly.
But I am still having problem in getting my cam detected. attached is the screen shot of the same when I am trying to open my cam. Please help me clear this mess
