Googling i found this that seems to work, but i cannot test it:

open a terminal and paste all these lines one by one:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libusb-dev
hg clone https://bitbucket.org/ahixon/r5u87x
make
sudo make install
sudo ./loader
sudo modprobe -r uvcvideo
sudo modprobe uvcvideo

Try the cam with Cheese
