I made these changes, but no effect =(

Also I made these changes in locale.alias

-ru ru_RU.ISO8859-5
-ru_RU ru_RU.ISO8859-5
+ru ru_RU.UTF-8
+ru_RU ru_RU.UTF-8

but still no effect, as you can see on the screenshot.

Another funny thing is that letters appear at the left of the string, as if I have right-to-left direction instead of normal LtR.
