I noticed that some of the sentences in this bug report are not in English. If they were translated to English they would be accessible to more triagers. Could you please translate them?. Also you might want to check http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ out to propose your ideas (the one about a tool who could detect and report where an Hardware failure occurs).
