Opening TTY makes video output crash/turn off

Bug Description

when opening TTY ctrl+shift+f(1-6) then monitor turns off and cant get it back on even if switch back to TTY7
but TTY(1-6) still responds for example ctrl+shift+del restarted comp but if i turn to TTY7 (stilll monitor doesnt turn back on) then ctrl+shift+del doesnt work
in previous kernel i can get in TTY and all works with TTY
in newest kernel cant.
