Comment 1 for bug 492781

This is an old bug I see, but I had the DVC 100 working in 9.10 fairly well to stream from a camcorder to ustream.tv. I was using the latest version of WebCamStudio (not the Ubuntu packaged version, the one from their web site). While WCS had its issues, would mess up on me sometimes, and I had to manually fix my flash settings in Firefox every time I started to allow ustream, it did work.

Now I can't even get em28xx to load in 10.04...guess I need to post a bug report on that soon. Posted in the forums already here: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1581897
