Each time I do a shutdown or reboot, I get this message, and the process freezes.

unregister_netdevice: waiting for eth0 to become free Usage count=1

(this message repeats but the usage count remains same)

eth0 is my wireless connection, I am using.
ipw2200: Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 2200/2915 Network Driver, 1.1.1
uname -r
