Bug Description
Flashcam is a V4L1 interface emulator for V4L2 devices, such as Webcams. It was originally written to allow Adobe Flash Player v9 (which was V4L1 only) to access Webcams under Linux.
It is still needed and relevant today because Flash Player v10, at the time of writing, has a very buggy V4L2 interface. See Bug https:/
URL: http://
License: GPL
Notes: Flashcam could use a good init script for Debian/Ubuntu, which it currently lacks.
