Yeah the most annoying scenario: Try dragging a file from full-screen konqueror, to the gimp. It is actually impossible.

First of all, konqueror should be raised on mouse up, not down. Doing it on the mouse down event makes it obscure gimp.

Secondly, you hover over the gimp taskbar button, but that opens the little window selection menu and you can't actually click on either of the two gimp windows.

Very annoying.
