Ubuntu 9.04

When I connect my cellphone with usb and select "Tools -> Mass Storage -> Connect to PC" nothing happens in linux.
In Windows XP and even OS/2 I see a usb flash drive, so I guess here regular usb msd device.

"lsusb" just hangs and display nothing, while cellphone connected. When disconnected, lsusb "unhangs" and display list of usb controllers.

lsusb hangs if execute it.

3. USB cable disconnected:

Cellphone is Samsung SPH-M610.
My friend have another model of Samsung cellphone and also have same problem (linux version is same as mine, but hardware is different).
