That's good to know, and I think the message should say "Machine has
been started 30 times without cecking, check forced. See the tune2fs
manual page for details on how to skip this check."
However, I still think we should provide a background check service, so
that people can have the assurance that their disks are clean AND avoid
the monthly stop-and-check.
