I have done some work on script for installing Asterisk and Freepbx right here: http://wiki.ubuntu.com/AsteriskOnUbuntu/Current

Not sure if it's working at this very moment.

The situation above is using the referred deps on the script + asterisk ubuntu packages and downloaded version of freepbx
