Sorry, i find out that it's not a bug later. It's a configuration problem.
I ask people in alsa project maillist and then check the configure file "/usr/share/alsa/alsa.conf" in ubuntu. The line "/usr/share/alsa/pulse.conf" makes the default config to be PulseAudio.
If this line removed, the alsamixer would act as normal.
