Comment 1 for bug 28664

I have a bug (I think). Here's my scenario (I'll include some sys info at the end):
Today is 2/3/2006, I changed the date to 1/1/2006.
Now, I am unable to get the 'adjust time/date' to open.
The busy mouse pointer comes up when I click to adjust the time/date, but the progam does not load.

I am including some version info that I hope wil help:
Gome 2.12.1,
Mozilla firefox 1.0.7,
Clock 2.12.1,
I did recently get an update to the core, but I dont know how to check that yet. I am going to restart compeltly and see if that fixes it.
