It looks like there is another workaround than removing/reloading the kernel-modul. The interface wifi0 is missing after resume. After configuring this interface by

ifconfig wifi0 up

networt-manager can reconnect (ya href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-restricted-modules/+bug/272300/comments/16">see comment #16 on bug #272300</a>.
