Is this actually getting worked on? I see its assigned but not entries for some months? Would you like me to take over?

Ive actually started work on packaging this up. A bit of work to move all the files into the debian/ubuntu structure.

Working on the current "stable" release 0.96.10. The next official release is March.
Have also had a look at the current dev-release 0.96.11 which has sorted out some of 0.96.10 short comings..
