Bug Description
Function Keys no longer adjust brightness since kernel 2.6.22-11 I'm not sure if it's specifically related to that, but that's when I noticed it.
I am running hardy, all patched up as of 2008/03/19 20:26 CST -- and haven't been able to adjust or control the brightness of my laptop LCD for approximately 2 weeks.
Pressing the up and down brightness keys do bring up the OSD, but the actual brightness doesn't change.
I looked at the other dozen bug reports currently open regarding this issue and they all relate to older releases of Ubuntu.
I am running an ThinkPad X61T with Ubuntu 8.04
