Posting on https://discourse.ubuntu.com/ will also attract the attention of the Desktop Team developers who might consider your suggestions or give their reasons why they cannot or will not be considered.

However, please be aware that suggestions 1 and 3 might go against Ubuntu policy and that suggestion 5 has long been available by installing the "Tweaks" application and changing the default option under "Window Titlebars".
