Bug Description

This package is needed to solve Bug #192130

pyclamav.scanthis() was removed from python-clamav due to removal of cl_scanbuff in libclamav. Using pyClamd is upstream's recommended alternative.

Checked with ubuntu-release since freeze exception would impact archive-admin workload:

[14:27] <ScottK2> slangasek: I've got something I'm going to request a freeze exception on, but since it requires additional New processing, I thought I'd run it by you (in addition to getting another motu-release ack). If you have a moment, please look at Bug #192205.

[14:28] <ScottK2> slangasek: It's a very simple one file python module, so I don't think it will be hard to New, but thought I should check.
[14:28] <slangasek> ScottK2: yeah, that looks reasonable to me
