I had this problem but I managed to fix it by editing my .gtk-bookmarks file in my home folder. There was an entry in there pointing to a network folder which no longer existed, removing this entry solved the problem.
Contents of my .gtk-bookmarks file:
file:///home/user/Music
file:///home/user/Pictures
file:///home/user/Videos
x-nautilus-desktop:///Music%20on%20server.volume <- removing this line and re-logging solved the problem
