It appears your system is having some disk trouble which may be related:

[ 8.507702] systemd-journald[282]: Received request to flush runtime journal from PID 1
[ 9.786399] systemd-journald[282]: File /var/log/journal/a99c9c8a58fcb89719f7d37e51877f86/system.journal corrupted or uncleanly shut down, renaming and replacing.

Also it sounds like starting some network interfaces is taking a long time:

  A start job is running for Raise network interfaces (31s / 5min 16s)

So please try booting without your USB wifi dongle plugged in. If that doesn't fix the problem then please run this command after a fresh reboot:

  journalctl -b0 > curboot.txt

and attach the file 'curboot.txt'.
