I can successfully connect to my home network with wlassistant, but the automatic dchp connection doesn't work, and I have to run "sudo dhclient" after connecting. But it still seems to be dropping out regularly (ever few minutes), and generally having trouble connecting to websites, even though I'm right next to the router.
I'm going to try upgrading to the debian unstable version of networkmanager (0.6.2 > 0.6.5)
