OK, if the above script is configured using casper by:
lh_config --initramfs casper
then these errors "Unknown stanza" when running init:/etc/event.d/tty* were gone.
It's working now. The command prompt is ready when boot is finished.
Is that a must to use "casper" ?
From
/usr/share/live-helper/functions/defaults.sh, by default, LH_INITRAMFS is set as auto. Maybe it's not working.
