As suggested somewhere (cannot find the source but it was on a old version of ubuntu), and with the help of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelBoot, I first boot on text mode and system was blocked just after something like 'reached target bluetooth'.
I also tried with acpi=false and it allows the system to boot completely.
