I am experiencing recurrent hang-ups on my laptop (Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V2020) where if I perform a restart from the login splash screen, it stops during the shut down process leaving the laptop on with a blank screen. The only way out is to disconnect the power and remove the battery. I have also intermittently experience this type of hang up during suspend.
Please let me know how to help debug this.
