Hi, I have a DELL Latitude E5520 (4.15.0-52-generic #56~16.04.1-Ubuntu)

Problem was solved:

/etc/default/grub
changed the entry bellow:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
on the following:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=force reboot=pci"
and
sudo update-grub
