This package is present in that repository as we can see in the link below
http://archive.canonical.com/pool/main/r/realplay/
but i don't understand why it does not appear using the repository.
However realplay package is not present in medibuntu repository https://bugs.launchpad.net/medibuntu/+bug/104115
