Closing as invalid: upstream development ceased in 2003, so it violates the Ubuntu policy on new packages. The REVU page has been archived.

For those interested in this program, I have forked the upstream version and ported it from Qt3/KDE3 to Qt4. The code is available at http://code.google.com/p/qink/ .
