i have make a package (source .orig.tar.gz & .diff.gz included) for myspell-en-ca.
it is available at http://mirror.randumb.net/darkmagez/canada/

this package along with adding myspell-en-ca & myspell-en-au (bonuses for openoffice.org-thesaurus-en-au) to language-support-en will resolve bug #44100 and possibly others.

it is based off the myspell-en-au packaging. but i had to cut it up a bit as i failed to find a canadian thesaurus.
